Cute little place, wonderful environment, walked here via the rail trail. Huge scoops and good ice cream! This was a "small" Kahlùa fudge brownie!
Let me begin by saying, "Ice Cream is Our Thing," and this is THE spot. All summer we explore all the spots in Western Mass. It started with the passport challenge, but we've gone well beyond the boundaries of any county, state, or other random boundary. The Silos has taken fresh and local to the next level with a small entertainment venue, activities for kids, tables with umbrellas, and a small assortment of farm animals. The ice cream options are solid as are the toppings.
Such a great place to enjoy home made ice cream. Sit back and enjoy the music while gazing out into the cow pasture. Service is quick. Hadley Scoops is on the rail trail. Bike, ride or walk here - whatever you choose. Kept it simple with vanilla and Reese's pieces.
Wow, this place is amazing! The service is friendly, the ice cream is creamy and delicious, the prices are reasonable and there's seating and bar games in the back! And just how cute is the storefront??? Oh and did I mention the farm animals in the back!!! Cows, chickens, sheep, and goats too!! Apparently there's live music and yoga sometimes too though not when we were there. As far as ice cream creameries go, this is gonna be a hard place to top!
Such a personable crew of employees that gave us a 10/10 experience and tour. My friends and I fed the baby cows and went into the open grass to pet them all because the manager (owner??) wants every customer to have the best time ever here. Live music too and, of course, quality ice cream with lots of options!! Loved my time here
